Apply to CMU
You must submit your
CMU application online and pay your $50 application fee. Doctor of Health Administration application fee is $200.
Send Transcripts/Materials to CMU
Official transcript(s) from all previous undergraduate and graduate coursework must be sent directly to CMU at:

Transcript Request Form can be used to place your request for transcripts to your former schools.
Some academic programs require additional materials. Refer to the admissions requirements of your desired
academic programs for more information. All materials submitted in support of an application become the property of CMU and are not returnable, refundable, forwarded, copied, or released to third parties.
Your application is reviewed for admissions once all required admissions materials have been received. An admissions decision is emailed to the address provided on your application. A Pre-Admit admission status often is granted. Under pre-admit status, you may enroll in a limited number of courses until you earn Conditional or Regular admission status.
Global ID Set Up
Once admitted, you need to
activate your Global ID and CMU email account. For assistance, contact the CMU Help Desk at 800-950-1144, ext. 3662. Your Global ID grants access to CMU systems like the student portal, CMU email and Blackboard. It is important to check your CMU email daily.
Access CMU Bulletin
You are responsible for understanding the process and policies detailed in your
CMU Bulletin that govern your coursework and education at CMU.
Complete Online Student Orientation
You are encouraged to complete the
Online Student Orientation. This will ensure you are familiar with the processes and policies CMU follows.
If you will use financial aid please complete the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form to determine your eligibility for grants and loans. Be sure to include CMU’s school code:
After your financial aid has been awarded, you must complete loan counseling and promissory note. Each are located with
CentralLink and accessible with your Global ID. You also need to set up Direct Deposit through CentralLink for any refunds or credits you may have coming throughout your tenure as a CMU student.
CMU also offers a convenient,
interest-free payment plan that allows tuition due to be paid in monthly installments.
Transfer Credit Evaluation
Your official transcripts will be reviewed for any credits previously earned from a regionally accredited institution that are applicable to your intended CMU program. A transfer credit evaluation will be sent to your CMU email.
Once you have Conditional or Regular admission, your academic advisor will develop your individual Program Plan. Your plan lists the courses needed to complete your degree and will be emailed to your CMU email.
Register for Classes
Once you have an admission status, you can register for classes during the
appropriate registration period using the
Course Search and Registration System.
Once enrolled, you can order textbooks from CMU’s Book Vendor,
MBS. Textbooks for online courses also are available through the
course syllabus for all enrolled courses to ensure you understand requirements and expectations.
