Fire up for Flint Summer Internship Program

Thank you for your interest in the Fire Up for Flint Summer Internship Program. This pilot initiative connects CMU students with Flint-based nonprofit and community organizations offering hands-on internship opportunities in communications, community engagement, nonprofit administration, program support, family services, development, operations, and related areas.

Because this is a pilot program, student placement is based on fit, availability, academic alignment, partner capacity, and internship requirements. Some opportunities may be filled quickly or become available again in future semesters.

Students should review the opportunities below and contact Joseph Marah for next steps before applying directly to any organization.
