Lee Parker, joined CMU Libraries on January 2, 2024. Lee as the new Instruction and Outreach Librarian. He will guide the library’s instruction efforts, including providing leadership for LIB 197, the library’s one-credit library skills class. He will also spearhead outreach to academic support units and other offices on campus in hopes of strengthening relationships and improving support for students.

1 North Study Room - Park Library: We are collecting student feedback about these plans to ensure the new furnishings will support students’ needs for the room. Stop by the 1 North study room to see the proposed design and provide your feedback by February 9, 2024.

This year, the CMU Libraries is celebrating its 65th anniversary as a United States Federal documents depository library. CMU officially joined the Federal Depository Library Program on January 3, 1958.
