Central Michigan University and the Central Michigan University Dispatchers Association, an affiliate of the Police Officers Association of Michigan, have reached agreement on an initial collective bargaining agreement. The new contract began Dec. 9, 2020, and continues through June 30, 2023.
Six staff employed as police dispatchers are members of the bargaining unit. In February, the university recognized CMUDA as the official bargaining representative of the new unit.
