The application deadline for our Fall 2016 AuD Program is January 15, 2016.

ALL applicants must apply ONLY to CSDCAS, an online application service.  Do not apply to CMU's College of Graduate Studies.  The CSDCAS student portal launch date is 9/17/2015 (around Noon EST) for the 2016 application cycle.  If you start the process prior to the launch date, your information will be deleted when they update the portal for the 2016 application cycle.  Three letters of recommendation are required.  Two of the three letters of recommendation must come from CDO faculty.

**Since this is a "new application format" for CSDCAS, all reapplies will have to reenter all their data.  Nothing will be transferred from the 2015 application cycle.

2.  Supplemental Application and Fee

ALL applicants must submit our Supplemental Application and Fee - click here to download and complete the application on your computer, as it will automatically calculate your major GPA.  Any spreadsheet submitted by hand will be returned to the applicant.  Fee and mailing instructions are noted on the last page of the spreadsheet.

3.  Personal Essay

If you are interested in submitting a personal essay, please include it with your supplemental application and fee, as our AuD CSDCAS application does not include a personal essay this cycle.

4.  Graduate Record Examination (GRE)

ALL applicants are required to take the GRE, and your scores must be sent direclty from ETS to CSDCAS, as we no longer accept paper copies.  To submit your GRE scores electronically, provide ETS with CMU's code: 0742 Central MI U CSDCAS.

No other test scores are accepted in lieu of the GRE.  Any applicant with GRE scores five years or older must retake the exam.
