College of Health Professions Community Partnership Awards Program
The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions (CHP) Community Partnership Awards are presented to faculty, staff, students, and community partners in recognition and support of reciprocal and sustainable collaborations that align with the College's pursuit of excellence in scholarship, education, and community service.
Awards in four categories are presented to faculty, staff, and students each year:
- The CHP Community Partnership Development Award
- The Faculty and Staff Award for Excellence in Community Partnership
- The Undergraduate Student Award for Excellence in Community Partnership
- The Graduate Student Award for Excellence in Community Partnership
An additional bi-annual award is presented to one or more community partners:
The Outstanding Community Partner Award is presented to one or more community partners, in appreciation of their sustained and reciprocal partnership with the Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions. This award recognizes and honors the vital role and commitment of our community partners in supporting the College's pursuit of excellence in scholarship, education, and community service.
