College of Health Professions Interim Dean's Welcome
Welcome to The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions. Our College's internationally known faculty welcome students into a challenging, vibrant and diverse learning community. Our student-oriented approach is evident in all we do: online and classroom learning, clinical experiences, internships, research, and community outreach/volunteerism. Our investment in students is reflected in our graduates who are leaders in their fields and highly prized by employers. In health professions, there is a career-track for everyone. If you prefer to improve community health through education and promotion, management or the business side of health or sports, we have programs for you. If you seek direct patient interaction and clinical care, we definitely have career-tracks for you. We offer award winning programs from undergraduate majors, master's and doctorate degrees. Student success is our highest priority. Students benefit from our state-of-the-art, technology-rich building. The Health Professions Building houses our classrooms, laboratories, Inter-Professional Education and Practice Center, and our innovative, interdisciplinary clinic: the Carls Center for Clinical Care and Education. There is plenty of room for group study, reading, or just relaxing in the building. You will never want to leave! If you have any questions or would like additional information about our programs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to you visiting, virtually and in-person. Fire Up Chips!
