Mobile Health Central (MHC) delivers confidential, patient-centered care to people throughout mid-Michigan. Our providers focus on removing barriers to healthcare access. Our 'clinic on wheels' travels to underserved areas and strives to reach individuals and families who lack health insurance coverage or have difficulty finding a healthcare provider to care for them. Services may include blood pressure and glucose screenings, physical health screenings, immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, and health education. In addition, our healthcare providers make referrals to programs offering support for mental, socio-economic, and substance abuse-related hardships, as needed.

MHC serves as an educational platform for our students of The Herbert H. & Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions, where they have the opportunity to apply their education and put their clinical skills to work. Those studying to be physician assistants, physical therapists, athletic trainers, audiologists, health educators, and speech-language pathologists serve our communities with pride. Through our many partnerships, which include CMU's College of Medicine, Prostate Cancer Understanding Prevention Screenings (P.C.U.P.S.), Isabella County Restoration House, City Rescue Mission of Saginaw, local high schools, Special Olympics Michigan, Central MI District Health Department, and RISE Advocacy (Recovery, Independence, Safety & Empowerment), we are able to provide services to underserved populations throughout mid-Michigan.

Thank you for your help and financial support. It is vital to assuring MHC can serve more communities in need through high-quality mobile health services.

We have a moral obligation to get healthcare to people who need it.
