Celani Investment Portfolio

The Celani Fund gives CMU students hands-on experience managing a large-cap equity portfolio while learning how investment teams analyze companies, evaluate market conditions and make strategic investment decisions.

Established through the support of CMU alumnus Tom Celani, the fund is benchmarked against the S&P 500 and represents the largest student-managed investment portfolio within the Finance and Law Department.

Students also gain experience with valuation methods, ratio analysis and portfolio management while presenting recommendations to faculty mentors, advisory board members, alumni and industry professionals.

Student investment presentations

Students regularly present buy-and-sell recommendations, company analysis and portfolio insights as part of the Celani Fund experience. Presentation materials and supporting analysis will be posted here throughout the academic year.
