One-Time Funding Request Form

Components:

This form should be used to request one-time funding in support of new initiatives or unique projects which are not able to be covered with departmental/center resources. Consideration should be given to other resources available to the applicant prior to completing this request.

Requests should be submitted by the department chairperson or center director to the Dean’s Office by the 15th of each month with responses provided no later than the 30th.

This form should be used to request base (recurring) funding in support of ongoing or permanent needs.
