Disney College Program overview 

For more than 30 years, our Disney alumni have returned to campus with reports that the experience has been life-changing and they feel more professionally mature. Working as cast members and serving worldwide guests on a daily basis, alumni also claim that the cultural experience goes beyond what they could have imagined.

One of Disney’s long-standing university partners, Central Michigan University, was an inaugural participant when the program began in 1981. An outstanding opportunity for college students from all disciplines, the program focuses on the transferable skills and training that will enhance any career.

We offer credit opportunities to be a part of the Disney College Program (DCP).

We offer the Disney College Program to: 

1. Those attending CMU currently
2. U.S. domestic students who attend other U.S. universities
3. International students who attend one of the DCP international partner schools
