Becoming a Teacher
There are two admission cycles every academic year, one in the Fall semester and one in the Spring. After you apply to CMU, you can begin the process of admission into the teacher education program.
As a student in teacher education, get a hands-on experience with STEM to better prepare the next generation of scientists. Work closely with faculty to plan, program and host several events for children K-12 throughout the year. Each event has a focus on science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics - or STEM.
