Mathematics Scholarship Application

We offer a number of mathematics scholarships - based on need, academic focus or career aspirations. Many are renewable, but require submission of a new application each year. Please complete the form below to be considered for one of our available scholarships.

How many completed hours of college credit will you have at the end of this past fall semester?

Please contact two (2) CMU faculty who can speak to your ability and promise in mathematics. Ask each to complete a Scholarship Reference form found on our webpage and email it to math@cmich.edu by February 25th.
