Hierarchically Structured Polymers and Functional Materials

Dr. Bingbing Li’s research group is engaged in the innovative design of hierarchically structured polymeric materials. The lab investigates key design principles and the fundamental physical chemistry underlying polymer-based systems. Core areas of focus include optimizing the structural and functional properties of these materials to enhance performance across a wide range of biomedical and environmental applications. By synthesizing polymers with controlled architectures, the Li Group advances the understanding of material behavior from molecular interactions to macroscopic functionality.
