Alumni breakfast

Rekindle old friendships, explore campus and honor cherished traditions at the Alumni Breakfast during CMU’s Homecoming Weekend! Enjoy a delicious breakfast and some of the best parade-viewing seats in town. Open to all alumni and friends, this special gathering will also celebrate the 50-year reunion of the Class of 1975—making it the perfect time to connect, reminisce and create new memories.   

📝 Schedule of Events 

☕️ Celebratory Alumni Breakfast | 9:30 a.m. 

Begin your Homecoming celebrations with fellow alumni and friends in the Powers Ballroom in Powers Hall! The Alumni Breakfast includes entrance into a CMU raffle, a slideshow of photos featuring campus in 1975, a delicious breakfast and connecting with other alumni. Space is limited. 

🥁 Homecoming Parade | 11:00 a.m.

The annual Homecoming Parade begins in Parking Lot 22 and travels through campus before heading north on Main Street to downtown Mount Pleasant. Folding chairs and a tent are provided on Washington Street.  

🏈 Football Game Kickoff | 3:30 p.m. 

Cheer on the CMU Chippewas as they take on the University of Massachusetts Minutemen with fellow Alumni Breakfast attendees! You may purchase game tickets and a parking pass here.

The homecoming parade is complimentary. Seats are available under the tent on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.
