- Michigan wine is sweet
- Riesling automatically means sugar
- Cold climates can't produce serious wine

Taste your way through a carefully curated pour lineup, including dry Riesling, off-dry Riesling, and an aromatic dry wine while learning why these wines are more than just sweet sips. Heavy appetizers will be included.
