Duties include day-to-day administration, ensuring the care, safety, and protection of campers, determine schedule of activities, take inventory, determine and order supplies within budget, assist with conducting pre-camp training, facilitate weekly in-service training with camp counselors, and schedule, supervise, and complete on-going training and evaluations of staff.
