We are seeking caring, professional Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to serve
as front-line support for individuals experiencing or approaching crisis
situations. Responsibilities include: responding to incoming crisis calls with
empathy and professionalism, logging and documenting interactions, maintaining
consumer confidentiality, following established protocols and state laws, and
contacting on-call supervisors when needed. MHTs also assist in updating
resources and completing required trainings to maintain skill competency. Qualifications:

demonstrate empathy and sound judgment, and possess strong communication and
crisis intervention skills. Preference given to candidates with prior
