CMU and You Day is the best opportunity to discover everything CMU has to offer – from academics to support networks to the excitement of a Division I campus during a home football Saturday.
This open house offers high school students, transfer students, and their supporters the opportunity to interact with faculty, staff, and students from nearly 200 academic programs. Explore our high-tech research facilities and hands-on learning opportunities, then enjoy lunch and a football game–on us!

Student-led presentations
Join current students as they highlight the academic programs, support services, and involvement opportunities that make CMU an outstanding community.
Academic and student service fairs
Visit with faculty as they share info on academic programs, career options, and research opportunities. Then, hit the student service fair to hear about Study Abroad, Leadership Safari, and how you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Join us for lunch
Lunch is on us! Dine in a residential restaurant to get a feel for life as a student.
Enjoy a football game
Spend your afternoon mingling with fans and cheer on the CMU Chippewas as they host Eastern Michigan. Each student receives up to three free tickets to the game.
