February 8, 2024: Website updates

February 8's website updates including changes that will optimize and improve users' experiences on the website and, specifically, on program pages. Changes include: 

• Adding two new areas to the backend of program pages to make them more customizable. 
• Reducing padding within the accordion widget, and the blue content and z-pattern layouts.
• Updating lists to function with both numbered and bulleted sections of content.
• Moving the related programs on program pages to the left sidebar of the page.
