Let’s Talk: Communication and Autism 2026

Details:

This course seeks to explain best practices for treatment and evaluation for individuals on the autism spectrum. 


Sonya Harris, MS, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, is a Board-Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 20 
years of experience serving patients from birth to age 102 across a wide range of practice settings, including hospitals, schools, home health, clinics, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and private practice. She is the owner of Go Verbal LLC and previously worked as a Speech-Language Specialist, mentoring and training diagnosticians, and has completed ASHA's Healthcare Leadership Program. Sonya has served on autism and intensive feeding teams at Nemours Children's Hospital, conducts VA medical case reviews, and teaches as an adjunct instructor, clinical supervisor, and clinical instructor. She holds both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida State University.
