| Details: | Learn how local nonprofit organizations work together to serve the Mount Pleasant community during a Beta Alpha Psi visit to the William & Janet Strickler Nonprofit Center. Students will learn about the organizations that call the Strickler Center home, the services they provide and ways students can get involved in supporting their work. The visit also offers a look at how a shared nonprofit space helps independent organizations collaborate and focus their resources on community needs. The Strickler Center is home to six nonprofit agencies that collectively serve thousands of local residents each year. Beta Alpha Psi members will meet at Grawn Hall to carpool to the Strickler Center. Students interested in participating are encouraged to follow Beta Alpha Psi on Instagram at @bap_cmu for updates, as the departure time may change. |
