What does project management look like beyond the classroom? Join the CMU Project Management Chapter for a conversation with leaders from Central Michigan University's University Transformation Office (UTO) and discover how they manage projects, guide organizational change and measure success across campus.

Learn what a typical day looks like for a UTO project manager, how professionals apply tools such as Six Sigma and the Prosci ADKAR change management model, and why successful projects require more than meeting deadlines. The discussion will explore how project managers measure implementation, adoption and results in real-world settings.

Students from all majors are welcome to attend, ask questions and network with professionals. Whether you're interested in project management or simply want to strengthen your leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, this session offers insights into skills employers value.

Hosted by: CMU Project Management Chapter, in collaboration with the CMU University Transformation Office
