Request to Waive Training Requirement

Central Michigan University recognizes that some training participants may have experienced sexual misconduct (dating violence, domestic/interpersonal violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment and/or stalking) ​prior to engaging in this training program.​ A participant that believes the training could bring up personal memories and strong emotions may opt out of taking this training.

​By filling out the form below, you may waive the training requirement. The form below does not request specific information about why you are opting out of this training. However, the university recognizes that most individuals opting out of this training may desire additional information about resources available to them on campus and in the community. The university's Title IX coordinator will contact you via email shortly after submitting this form to provide you with this information and confirm receipt of your request.
