Biography

Allison Peart joined Central Michigan University as the Director of Psychological Services and Clinical Instructor in 2023. She directs the Psychological Training and Consultation Center and the Approved Autism Evaluation Center and teaches courses within the Psychology department. Her clinical interests include autism, psychological assessment, behavioral interventions, and parent training.

Allison completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Munroe-Meyer Institute within the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.

Allison’s research predominantly centers around school-based behavioral interventions that can be implemented to support students. Specifically, Allison conducts meta-analyses of single-case experimental design data to determine the effectiveness of interventions. Her research also involves examining the methods used to analyze single-case experimental design research, such as nonoverlap indices and parametric effect sizes.
