Biography
I am a proud to be a CMU alumni where I received my degree in Early Childhood Education. I started working at CMU in 2001. Since then I have had the pleasure of working with an amazing variety of CMU students, families, children and co-workers. While I enjoy every aspect of working with children, I do have a special interest in the arts. I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to visit Reggio and Reggio inspired schools in Italy, focusing on the arts. I have also attended Two National Art Educators Association conferences in the U.S. I am honored to be working at a school that supports and highly values the importance of art in early childhood. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband Mark, three adult daughters and granddaughter Alexandra, a CDLL alumni who still enjoys being able to occasionally come to school with me.
