Fitness Coaching at the SACStay active wherever you are

Join us for fitness programs on campus or from the comfort of your own home! We offer a variety of in-person and virtual options to help you meet your fitness goals.

In-class & virtual fitness classes

    Assessments are a comprehensive overview of your fitness level. This will include blood pressure, resting heart rate, height/weight, body composition, flexibility, and strength. We also offer additional fitness assessment options that are athletic, and balance focused.

    Upon review of your fitness profile, we will provide recommendations to improve or maintain current fitness level.

    Assessments are 30 minutes in length.We recommend repeating the process every 2-3 months to see progress and effectiveness of your training program.

    Personal Training is the opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer. You’ll receive expert guidance through coaching and instruction as your Personal Trainer works with you to build your own customized exercise routine.

    How does it Work? You’ll connect with our Fitness/Wellness Team Leaders for an intake session where you discuss your exercise history and abilities and review personal training process with you. You will then be paired with one of our Certified Personal Trainers for on-going training session that work with your availability.

    Training packages are available all sessions are 60-minute for one or two clients per session.
