The CMU Police Department processes record requests, including incident reports, traffic crash reports, citations, and background inquiries, in the order received. If you have any questions, you can email policerecords@cmich.edu.

You will be contacted once the form has been processed. There is a $10 fee for all accident reports processed at our department.
