Please see the Events Center map and follow signs for College of Medicine graduate lineup. CMED staff will assist in lining you up in the correct order. You must stay in this order to ensure the correct name is announced and you receive the correct diploma.

Personal belongings should be left at home or with your guests. There will not be a secure area to store personal items during the ceremony.

During the ceremony, marshals will direct you when it is time for you to approach the stage. After your name is announced, face the audience and bend slightly at the knees while the hood is placed over your shoulders. Proceed across the stage to receive your diploma and have a photo taken with President Davies and Dr. Kikano. You will then exit the stage and return to your seat for the remainder of the ceremony.
