Faculty and Staff Commencement Information
Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Spring 2024 Commencement ceremonies. Please see the information below on how to participate.
Ceremony information
The ceremonies will be held on Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4, 2024. All ceremonies will take place in McGuirk Arena. A breakdown of the ceremony schedule may be viewed here: Commencement Schedule.
Participation
To participate in commencement as a platform party member, please complete the participation form below. Forms must be completed by Friday, April 5. Parking permits, security credentials and ceremony instructions will be sent to you prior to commencement via campus mail.
Academic regalia ordering
The rental period for academic regalia has closed. Please contact the CMU Bookstore with any regalia questions by calling 989-774-7493.
Bookstore hours
Faculty and Staff regalia may be picked up beginning Monday, April 29 from the Bookstore Lower Level (UC 102) during the hours noted below:

Day of commencement, orders may be picked up in Rose 121 beginning at 8 a.m. All rental gowns must be returned 30 minutes following end of ceremony.
