Faculty and Staff Commencement Information
Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the December 2025 Commencement ceremonies. Please see the information below on how to participate.
Ceremony information
The ceremonies will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025. All ceremonies will take place in McGuirk Arena. A breakdown of the ceremony schedule may be viewed here: Commencement Schedule.
Participation
Registration is now closed. Individuals who registered will receive commencement information through campus mail prior to the ceremony.
Academic regalia ordering
Regalia ordering is now closed. For assistance, please contact the CMU Bookstore at (989) 774-7493.
Bookstore hours
Faculty and Staff regalia may be picked up beginning Monday, December 8, from the Bookstore Lower Level (UC 102) during the hours noted below:

On the day of commencement, orders may be picked up in Rose 121 at 8:00 a.m. All rental gowns must be returned 30 minutes following the end of the ceremony.
