Multicultural Visit Program

The Multicultural Visit Program (MVP), is a one-day event for high school juniors and seniors from various racial and cultural backgrounds. MVP offers students the opportunity to learn about the support services, scholarships, and student organizations available here at CMU. Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to interact with faculty and students during student showcases, a student service fair, and Q&A panels. Enjoy getting to know our multicultural greek organizations and other registered student organizations. Lunch is on us and you will also hear from Dr. Robert Davies, President of Central Michigan University! We are all Fired Up to welcome you soon.

Student Service Fair

Here is your opportunity to meet different offices, academic colleges, and organizations here at CMU. Enjoy refreshments and talk with representatives from all across campus. 


Enjoy performances throughout the day from Rampage, Ballet Folclorico, and C.H.A.O.S.

Keynote speaker

Participate in a Q & A style keynote with Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Renee Watson. 

Greek showcase

Learn about the National Pan-Hellenic Council (Divine 9) and Multicultural Greek Council with a formal introduction by the chapters currently active on CMU's campus. 


Enjoy lunch in one of our residential restaurants to get a feel for life as a student. 

Panel opportunities 

During the day you will have the opportunity to ask questions from panels of faculty/staff and students.
