Adobe Digital Lounge has a lot to offer

CMU is proud to be an Adobe Creative Campus

Thanks to all who stopped by our Adobe Digital Lounge Open House on October 27th. There are still some water bottles, highlighters, and Adobe bags so feel free to stop by the Lounge on the 2nd floor of Park Library to see the space and the sound booth and pick up a memento.

We asked those who attended the open house what digital software or tools they were interested in learning about. The top three answers were Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and the sound booth/ equipment/recording software. This is great to know as it will help us prioritize user support in these areas!

Not only does Adobe have extensive support and training resources, the students who work in the lounge have created activities using Photoshop and Premiere Pro to help people get started learning the apps. You can access these activities from our Adobe Digital Lounge web page and create something yourself. Once you’ve completed your activity, you can submit it for display in the Adobe Digital Lounge.

The website also lists the help hours and equipment that’s available for checkout from the Library Service Desk. Whatever digital tools you are interested in, we are here to help!
