April 1, 2022: Website updates

April kicked off with enhancements and corrections to website functionalities that included:

• Stopping the external link disclaimer from appearing for some internal links.
• Adding spacing below the left-hand navigation.
• Updating internal site search to use the thumbnail image for programs in search results.
• Hiding unpublished locations from the dropdown list in Program Finder.
