Am I still able to access the old site?

Yes. Until the new intranet is finalized in 2022, the old website will be available at Accessing this site will soon require you to sign in with your global ID to access content. Please note: Internal content on the archive site will be updated as needed; however, external content that appears on both the new site and the archive site will not be updated on the archive site.

Does CentralLink still exist? How can I access it?

You can access tools such as Blackboard by using the “SIGN IN” button in the upper right-hand corner of the new website.

Can I still access OneDrive?

Where is my account information?

Where do I go to pay my bill?

Access your account and bill pay links by visiting My Account using the “SIGN IN” button in the upper right-hand corner of the new website.

Where can I find current COVID-19 information?

CMU’s COVID-19 information and resources are accessible on the new website.

Where do I find the login to TimeClock and/or TimeClock Plus?

TimeClock is an external application. You can login to the application directly by visiting: You can also can access TimeClock via My Account by using the “SIGN IN” button in the upper right-hand corner of the new website.

How can I access human resources information?

Online human resources content will be split based on audience.

Where is the faculty/staff directory on the new site?

By using the site’s search function ( and selecting “People” from the “Choose a content type”, users can search for faculty and staff by name. College and departments may also have separate directories listing faculty and staff within their colleges and departments.

Why are there no email addresses listed in the details for faculty/staff?

Per OIT policy, all faculty and staff email addresses are no longer displayed within the site’s directory. Doing this prevents external bots from pulling email addresses from the site and helps reduce spam emails.

Where is the events calendar?

A list of campus events can be found by clicking “Events” on the top menu of the website.
