May 2024: Website updates

The Digital Strategy Team kicked off May with updates to the some of the automated processes in Sitefinity, including: 

• Shortening the animation duration of all widgets on the site so they complete within 200 milliseconds to meet Google's new standards.
• Updating the keyboard accessibility of the filters in program finder.
• Correcting the 2D scrolling issue on smaller devices seen in program finder.
