Jan. 2026: Website updates

During January, the Digital Strategy Team upgraded the website to Sitefinity version 15.4 and focused on website improvements needed from that version change, including:

Correcting issues with the event widget not showing the correct time.
Updating the styling and layouts for .NET Core widgets.
Updating the functionality of the image counter on custom widgets.
Fixing the SAPA escape button to function correctly.
Updating the program search widget on the homepage.
