What Is Mentorship?
Mentorship pairs you with someone who can help guide you through your career journey — usually a CMU alum who’s been in your shoes.
A mentor can help you:

• Build confidence as you prepare for internships and jobs

What Are Communities?
Communities are groups on Career Central where students, faculty and alumni connect around shared interests, majors and career goals. These groups help you:
• Meet classmates and professionals who share your interests
• Ask questions about majors, internships, jobs or industries
• Share resources, events and opportunities
• Build your network in a low-pressure way
Communities can be focused on things like business, engineering, health care, leadership and more.

Set up your profile (you can connect your LinkedIn to save time)
Explore:
