Teaching and Learning Support (TL Pro) - Student Survey Questions

The Office of Curriculum and Instructional Support offers both language and materials to support implementation, management, and outcomes of the TL Pro student survey. These materials include instructions for the survey, modifiable questions, and TL Pro staff support in the collection and interpretation of student responses. 

Survey instructions

Your instructor is voluntarily participating in a professional development opportunity with CMU's Office of Curriculum and Instructional Support (CIS). This student survey is just one way that faculty at CMU demonstrate their continuous commitment to improving instruction for you, their students. We appreciate your instructor's interest in feedback, self-reflection, and enhancing teaching practice.

Participating in this short survey allows you to share insight from your educational experience in this course. Though your instructor may be able to review student ratings and comments as part of the process, your name will not be collected, so your instructor will not know who submitted each response. The more constructive and specific you can be in your comments, the more likely your instructor is to understand and be able to use your feedback. Thank you!
