Central Michigan University is home to unique, inviting and highly flexible facilities for events, conferences, retreats, camps and more.
CMU meeting, activity and event
Space must be approved and reserved in advance through Events and Conference Services. To begin the reservation process please download and fill out the event form on 25Live. Link to 25Live: Dashboard
External events
All external groups require a CMU sponsor. This sponsor can be a CMU department or Registered Student Organization. Events and Conference Services will submit the events form on 25Live on your behalf. This sponsor would need to be present at the event, ensure that CMU policies are adhered to, and should the final payment be defaulted on, the sponsor would be responsible for making the payment. Sponsors must attach a sponsor form to the related 25Live events form and submit the form to PLAN@cmich.edu.
