The Coming Out, Being Out (COBO) panel program is a student-run program with the intention of destigmatizing the coming out process, as well as exposing campus to the importance and diversity of coming out experiences. By bringing LGBTQ+ students to classrooms, departments, and organizations across campus, we encourage learning and dialog around gender and sexuality.

Three to five students come to classrooms, team meetings, professional development opportunities, and other gatherings to tell their coming out stories and answer questions about their experiences being out.
