Veterans Peace Grove
The Veterans Peace Grove, located between Mission Street and the Courtyard Marriott, near Kelly/Shorts Stadium, is dedicated to the honor of those students and Faculty of Central Michigan University that lost their lives during their service to the country.
The sculpture "Sanctuary" was created by Susan Wink, a CMU faculty artist.
The floor of the sculpture is a meditation labyrinth.
The Peace Grove is dedicated to the Students and Faculty of CMU who lost their lives in World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.
The Veterans Peace Grove is beautiful to visit any time of year.
