Biography

As the Assistant Director for Sexual Aggression Services, I strive to guide, inspire, and support our advocates. I work with the director overseeing Sexual Aggression Services. We work together to provide training and opportunities of professional development for our SAPA advocates. I absolutely love supporting survivors, the students, and my team. I am very dedicated and work hard to provide opportunities of growth for our student volunteers.

As the Sexual Aggression Dedicated Counselor, I am compelled to create a safe space for my clients to have a healing experience while working through trauma. My years of experience have driven me to participate in different EBP training courses to be better equipped to work with trauma survivors. I offer individual and group therapy for survivors. 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. I obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and my Master of Arts in Counseling at Central Michigan University.
