Biography

Dr. Bahar Javadi Khasraghi is an Assistant Professor of Business Information Systems at Central Michigan University. She earned her Ph.D. in Information Systems from Texas Tech University, where her dissertation focused on how algorithmic bias impacts user trust, cognitive control, and decision-making behavior.

As an educator, Dr. Javadi delivers advanced skills in business analytics. Her interdisciplinary approach not only enriches the academic landscape of Information Systems but also equips her students to navigate complex challenges in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.

Dr. Javadi’s scholarly work has appeared in leading journals such as Management Information Systems Quarterly, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge at the intersection of technology, cognition, and user behavior.
