Biography
Bryan Schneider, DHA, FACHE, FACMPE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of clinical, operational, and leadership experience in hospital and medical group practices. He has successfully led multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in academic and private healthcare systems, driving growth in clinical practices, expanding community outreach, forging research and industry partnerships, and guiding strategic planning for organizational development. A recognized leader in healthcare, Bryan has led organizations through the comprehensive merger and acquisition processes, from early-stage preparation to full post-acquisition integration. Bryan has led quality-of-earnings (Q of E) analyses for business valuation and built organizational maturity and operational scalability necessary to support the successful acquisition and integration into a larger enterprise environment. He has been commended for his strong leadership in executive roles, including as a hospital Chief Executive Officer, an academic health system Associate Vice-President, and as Chief Executive Officer of a specialty care organization overseeing a system of clinics and surgical facilities. His military service as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard further highlights his leadership, including service as Commander of a Medical Group. In addition to his operational expertise, Bryan holds multiple academic teaching appointments and currently serves as Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Health Administration Programs at Central Michigan University, College of Health Professions, and Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Policy, and Community Health (MPACH) at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health.
