Biography

Dr. Mohan Song is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Central Michigan University.

Mohan Song received her doctoral degree at Florida International University, majored in International Business. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in hospitality and tourism management. Her research interests focus on global strategy, specifically in the areas of organizational capabilities in Emerging Markets. She has published three articles and three book chapters in the field of international business/strategy as well as hospitality management, such as Journal of Business Research and Organizational Research Methods. She has presented papers at several top conferences in the management field, such as Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, and European International Business Academy. She has designed and taught seven different undergraduate and graduate courses in fully online, hybrid, and traditional face-to-face modes at Florida International University and Arizona State University prior to joining Central Michigan University.
