Biography

Dr. Robertson is an Assistant Professor of Anatomy at CMU College of Medicine. She is a double CMU alumni, receiving her B.S. in Kinesiology in 2017 and M.S. in Exercise Physiology in 2020. She completed her graduate studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas earning her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in structural anatomy and rehabilitation sciences in 2024. She is passionate about cadaveric teaching and implementation of medical imaging in conjunction anatomy instruction to reinforce medical relevance of human anatomy. Her research interests include qualitative and quantitative assessment of using ultrasound imaging as a teaching supplement to anatomy instruction, and incorporation of Point-of-Care Ultrasound in medical curriculum.
