Kulhavi Hall
Welcome to Kulhavi Hall
Kulhavi Hall, part of our Towers Community, offers suite-style living designed exclusively for first-year students. Each four-person suite includes private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared common area with loftable furniture and air conditioning. Located near key campus facilities, Kulhavi Hall provides a comfortable and supportive environment for students starting their college journey. Towers Community halls, including Kulhavi, close during Thanksgiving, semester and spring breaks. For housing during these periods, consider options in the East Community, which remains open during breaks.
*Please note that this rate covers housing only. Students are also required to select a meal plan, which will determine the total cost of housing and dining for the semester. Room rates for the 2025-2026 academic year will be announced after the CMU Board of Trustees approves them in the spring of 2025. Stay tuned for updates on next year’s rates and meal plans.
