Commencement visa letter request form

A letter of invitation is available to assist students whose guests may need a visa to attend the commencement ceremony.

To obtain a letter please follow these steps:

Apply for graduation (this must be done prior to completing a request form).
Once a graduation audit has been completed and a student is registered for their remaining requirements (if applicable), a letter may be requested by submitting the form below.

The letter of invitation will be emailed to the student to share with their family as part of the visa application process.

Note: Processing of the letter may take up to five business days.
