    Mental Health Workshop

Well-being is a foundation for student success, and therefore self-care is essential for all graduate students. At CMU, we want to support graduate students so they can thrive during graduate school, not just survive. Everyone experiences stress at some point! We are very pleased to share the recording of 'Mental Well-being and Self-Care in Graduate School' from Dr. Michael Kocet on World Mental Health Day.

CMU's Counseling Center offers individual and group appointments: graduate students can call 989-774-3381 to schedule an appointment (free of charge) or use the "Request an appointment" button on the main Counseling Center webpage.
