Draper, Alisha

Director of Marketing & Communications, College of Business Administration

DIR/COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING/CBA

Biography

Alisha Draper is a communicator, storyteller and strategist who likes figuring out what people need to know — and finding the clearest, most interesting way to help them understand it. As director of marketing and communications for the College of Business Administration, she leads storytelling, digital content, marketing strategy and creative projects designed to help students find opportunities, faculty share their expertise and the broader community see what’s happening inside the CBA.

Her work spans everything from websites and newsletters to news stories, campaigns, events and social media, but the goal is usually the same: make information useful, make people feel connected and make good work easier to discover.

Alisha is endlessly curious and rarely has just one project going at a time. Outside of work, she can usually be found reading, gardening, making something, wandering around with a dog or going down a research rabbit hole that started with one perfectly reasonable question.
