Biography
Erica Shifflet-Chila, PhD, LMSW, is a licensed Clinical and Macro Social Worker. She earned her BSW at The University of Michigan-Flint and her MSW from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She is a 2013 PhD graduate of the Michigan State University School of Social Work. She is a fixed-term faculty member in the Central Michigan University Social Work Program. Dr. Chila has experience working with the homeless population, in child welfare, in organizational leadership, and clinical therapy. Dr. Chila is a Registered Parliamentarian and the President of the Genesee Area Unit of NAP.
